Q: What kind of paper do you print on?

A: All images are professionally printed on archival matte paper using archival inks. 

 

Q: Do the print images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?

A: Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness levels you have on your screen. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit. 

 

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: If you’re a CA resident, 9% tax will be added to your order.

 

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?

A: We will do our best to make sure everything arrives safely. Please contact us within 5 days if you received a damaged order.
